Making sure that its perishable, fresh products are in the best hands, Tops Friendly Markets has announced its latest promotion. The retailer has named Carmen Torres as the Perishable Warehouse Supervisor, where she will oversee the daily operations of warehouse employees.
Torres was most recently a Grocery Warehouse Shipping Clerk for Tops Friendly Markets. In her new position, Torres will ensure compliance with all company policies; assist in the training of new hires; and ensure all safety, production, sanitation, and quality standards are attained.
Currently, Torres resides in Depew, New York, with her four children. As noted in a release, the grocery retailer operates in New York, northern Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
