Imported from Australia, the new Old Croc Medium White Cheddar is non-GMO and crafted with pure milk from grass-fed Australian cows.

The new Medium Cheddar is a part of Old Croc’s line of “The Classics” which includes classic white cheddar cheeses aged to perfection to offer a bold cheddar flavor. Each product in the beloved line is crafted using milk from grass-fed Australian cows to produce a cheese richer in omega-3 fats and vitamin E than other non-GMO, non-grass-fed cheese brands, according to a press release.
Perfect for snacking, Old Croc’s new Medium Cheddar offers a unique flavor profile that pairs well with crisp Pinot Gris and pale ales as well as fresh apples, pear wedges, grapes, and light water crackers. Further optimizing the snacking sector, the brand’s bold cheddar flavor is also featured in its Croc Bites Cheddar Cheese Snacks and its line of flavored and spreadable cheeses, including Bacon & Jalapeño and Roasted Garlic & Herb, which are both made with the company’s famous aged cheddar.
