In a recent announcement from Venus Wafers, the company has exciting news to share. As the original owners look toward retirement, Venus Wafers sought a steward to honor their legacy. Luckily, it has found a partner in Sisu Investment Holdings, which recently acquired the operation.
In a memo sent out by the company, Venus Wafers had this to say regarding the acquisition.
“Sisu Investment Holdings embodies the same values that have guided us for decades. Their dedication to excellence aligns perfectly with our mission. With their expertise and resources, we are confident that Venus Wafers will continue to thrive, serving you with the same care and attention you’ve come to expect,” the company noted.
For over 93 years, Venus Wafers has been a staple in the cracker industry—and it does not intend to change that.
“Rest assured, our commitment to non-GMO, naturally sourced ingredients remains unwavering. Every cracker we create is a testament to our passion for simple, healthful snacking. We look forward to many more years of delighting your taste buds and nourishing your well-being,” the memo went on to say.
