Consumers shouldn’t have to downgrade their food choices surrounding casual eating experiences. As this trend continues to build amongst foodies, Veroni has ventured to create a premium snacking line for the deli case. The company is rolling out its new line within the next few months and will present it at the Specialty Food Association’s 2021 event.
“The snack line aims to be a fresh, healthy, and genuine snack for every moment of the day: it’s ideal in the office, at school, or after the gym,” said Emanuela Bigi, Marketing Manager. “It recalls the Italian concept of ‘merenda’ (break), usually made with simple but high-quality ingredients available at home, which has a special place in the Italian food tradition.”
Emanuela explained that Veroni’s goal is to offer its high quality, 100 percent imported-from-Italy cold cuts combined with cheese and Italian breadsticks or dried fruits for a snack with the right amount of proteins and big on taste.
The pairing variations include:
“With this new line, Veroni confirms its commitment to give U.S. consumers the opportunity to indulge in authentic Italian taste and flavors, while studying a product tailored to their lifestyle and able to satisfy their demand for nutrient-rich foods,” Emanuela explained.
The snack line comes in practical and simple packaging with 2 oz of products to keep refrigerated and consume within 2–3 hours.
