To celebrate June as National Dairy Month, the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) has launched a unique social media campaign to recognize the employees that keep the wheels turning. Dairy manufacturers and processors have been invited to participate in WCMA’s #saycheese campaign, which will highlight the industry’s best and brightest employees and offer a look into the diverse range of career opportunities offered in dairy processing.
“This June, join WCMA in saluting the people who make our favorite dairy products,” said Rebekah Sweeney, Communications, Education, and Policy Director. “As we ‘say cheese’ on social media, we’re truly expressing our thanks for dairy processing employees’ dedication to creativity, innovation, and excellence in their craft.”
WCMA will be sharing images and stories of dairy processing employees throughout the month, directing social media visitors to members’ websites listing current job opportunities.
“From accounting to food safety to packaging to management, there’s tremendous opportunity for everyone in the dairy processing industry,” said Sweeney in a press release. “On social media, and via job fairs and internship programs, WCMA is committed to helping connect people with these opportunities year-round.”
