Landing the perfect job can be a challenge, and on the flipside, identifying the ideal new hire is never as simple as it seems. The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) is aiming to streamline this process, launching its new, online job board at WisCheeseMakers.org to promote career opportunities throughout the dairy processing industry.
“WCMA members are executing the essential, critical mission of making nutritious dairy products for our nation and the world. Dairy processors and suppliers continue to seek bright, hard-working people to help them get the job done,” said Communications, Education, and Policy Director Rebekah Sweeney.
WCMA members, including manufacturers, processors, marketers, and suppliers, are invited to submit job openings for listing at any time.
According to a press release, the listings are publicly accessible and WCMA will promote the job board on social media platforms, in direct messages to its partners in education, and via electronic newsletters. This service is a free member benefit.
