Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association Announces Speakers for 2024-2025 Advanced Leadership Series; Rebekah Sweeney Details

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) recently announced the speakers for its 2024–2025 Advanced Leadership Series. Over three live, online sessions, the Advanced Leadership cohort will meet and learn from influential leaders in dairy processing.

Throughout the course, participants will also build their professional networks and complete projects to implement and demonstrate their new knowledge.

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) recently announced the speakers for its 2024-2025 Advanced Leadership Series in which industry members can learn from influential leaders in dairy processing According to a press release, enrollment in the series is limited to just 22 participants to facilitate relationship building. At just $549 per person for the entire series, Advanced Leadership is a cost-effective way to boost your team's productivity and improve collaboration. Plus, all 2024-25 Advanced Leadership graduates will receive a free full registration for CheeseCon 2025, valued at over $600.

The series is outlined as follows:

  • September 18, 2024 - participants will explore ways to drive change and generate positive results; featuring Sarah Schmidt, Vice President of Marketing for Associated Milk Producers
  • November 20, 2024 - insights on the development and application of a creative, collaborative problem-solving process; featuring Jim Natzke, owner of Natzke Consulting
  • January 15, 2025 - discussing the tools leaders use to resolve workplace conflict and foster community; featuring Mike Sipple, Vice President of U.S. Manufacturing for Agropur
