According to a release, Antonina’s used AI-backed research to narrow down the top three trends: a preference for gluten-free brownies over vegan and plant-based, a need for snacking has driven consumers to brownies, and there has been a 6.29 percent increase in conversation around brownies on social platforms.
Using this data as a guide, Antonina’s developed its new gluten-free brownies in snack-friendly, individually pre-portioned squares—and doubled the chocolate flavor.
