Breakfast and brunch are the two best meals of the day, and Biscuit Belly is helping brunch lovers across the nation fulfill this passion. The chef-driven fast casual chain recently launched its national franchise program in order to expand the brand in new markets.
"Ever since we opened the first Biscuit Belly in 2019, we've been blown away by the success and knew we had something special. With lines wrapped around the block and a loyal stream of social media followers, Biscuit Belly has grown into something bigger than we ever could have imagined," said Chad Coulter, Founder and CEO.
Biscuit Belly currently operates three locations throughout Louisville, Kentucky, and is looking to grow to 20—25 units in 2021. According to a press release, the brand has built a strong following in its home market and is poised for growth due to its strong unit-level economics, high quality ingredients, and strong leadership.
Chuck Schnatter, who helped grow Papa John's to over 4,000 units, will be joining Coulter in these franchising efforts.
