North Jacksonville, Florida, is the latest market in which BJ’s Wholesale Club is expanding its footprint. The retail chain recently announced that it is opening a new location to broaden its network of membership warehouse clubs.
“We’re excited to start the new year by providing unbeatable value and convenience to North Jacksonville,” said Tom Condon, Club Manager, North Jacksonville BJ’s Wholesale Club. “Our mission is to serve the families who depend on us by delivering up to 25 percent off grocery store prices every day.”
The store opened this past Friday, January 12, 2024. Continuing the retailer’s commitment to offering top value on everyday essentials in a convenient one-stop shop, the new store features a wide selection of fresh produce, full-service deli items, fresh bakery goods, and other fresh foods. The grocer’s collection of offerings also includes a variety of seasonal favorites and a robust selection of local products.
The club—located at 12884 City Center Blvd in North Jacksonville—is BJ’s 37th club in Florida, a press release stated.
As part of this expansion, BJ’s has partnered with Feeding Northeast Florida, a food bank serving the Jacksonville community. Upon opening this new location, the company plans to donate unsold produce, meat, dairy, and more to the food bank every week to support families in need.
