Innovation and sustainability go hand in hand when it comes to dairy growth, and the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) is doing its part to help members of the industry. The association will spotlight a diverse selection of innovative and sustainably sourced specialty dairy products at Private Label Manufacturers Association's (PLMA) 2023 Annual Private Label Trade Show in Chicago, Illinois at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
Held November 12–14, PLMA will see CMAB providing samples of an assortment of dairy applications. As noted in the release, cheese, Hispanic-style cheese and dairy, cheese dips, yogurt, ice cream, and more await members visiting booth #F8603.
Californian dairy processors in attendance will include Pacific Cheese, Rizo Lopez Foods, Super Store Industries, Crystal Creamery, and Scott Brothers Dairy. Attendees can visit CMAB to learn more about how private-label brands can benefit from carrying the Real California Milk Seal.
