Are you ready for the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS)? We sure are! Come June 25–27, many suppliers will be hitting the show floor, and Carr Valley Cheese Company is one cheesemaker with a ton of success to showcase. I spoke with Elle Fearing, National Sales and Marketing Representative, to find out what will soon be on display.
“The weather will likely be hot, but our Bread Cheese® will be hotter! We’ll be frying up our famous Bread Cheese flavors and sampling some of our most popular varieties, old and new,” shared Elle in the lead-up to the event. “As we quickly head into the holiday season, we want to show attendees the vast possibilities when working with Carr Valley Cheese. Our extensive line offers a chance to sample and select a unique set of cheeses perfect for every palette. We see truffle continuing to trend, and we’ll be showing our Black Truffle Blue, which we released last fall and has been a hit at recent trade shows.”
More celebrations are in store, as Carr Valley is marking 140 years of cheesemaking in the Cook family this year. Over the years, the company has collected various awards, showcasing the success of its vast cheese portfolio.
During this year’s SFFS, attendees will get an up-close look at some of the cheeses that put this burgeoning company on the map over 25 years ago.
“We always look forward to the quality people we see and the conversations we have at the Fancy Food Show. Whether it’s familiar or new faces, we feel fortunate that the Specialty Food Association gives us the opportunity to grow our brand in such an impactful way,” shared Elle. “We also always love to spend time with our friends in cheese and network. It’s such a friendly and inclusive industry to be part of!”
Carr Valley will be located at booth #244, right across from the Wisconsin Cheese Pavilion. Don’t forget to stop by!
