In this business, we can sometimes only be as strong as our network, and the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association (WCMA) knows this to be true. As such, the organization is providing an exclusive opportunity for dairy processors to connect and learn from each other at its upcoming CheeseExpo, hosted in partnership with the Center for Dairy Research, April 12–14 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

WCMA will host a Young Professionals event during which attendees under 40 can catch up with existing colleagues and forge new connections. The Tetra Pak Welcome Reception will kick off on Tuesday, April 12, followed by an evening of fun and networking at Drink Wisconsinbly Pub.

On Wednesday, April 13, teams of undergraduate students will test their skills in the Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest, a press release explained. Dairy products are evaluated by a group of industry experts, followed by students using the same methods. Students who score closest to the expert evaluations are honored with awards, helping students showcase their training, achieve recognition alongside their peers, and connect with the dairy processing industry.

Over 600 supplier booths will be present on the sold-out exhibit floor. Innovative seminars led by top experts and celebrations honoring industry excellence make CheeseExpo a must-attend event for dairy processing professionals worldwide.
