Available just in time for Valentine’s Day, the unique offering makes merchandising a breeze for retailers and gives consumers a fun product to jazz up their holiday spreads.
“Our new Heart Shaped Fresh Mozzarella is perfect for the holidays. The special offering comes in brine and is packaged in recyclable retail cups featuring the cheesemaker’s class farmstead logo. In other words, the cheesemaker is not only sharing the love with shoppers but with Mother Earth, too.
This is the first time that Crave Brothers has introduced the unique heart-shaped item, and it plans to make it available year-round to accommodate other special occasions. While this may be the debut of the special Fresh Mozzarella shape, the supplier has a variety of other sizes of Fresh Mozzarella to cater to different uses and recipes, and it expects that the hearts will follow suit.
