Enthusiasm is addictive and contagious, but can it be felt by the consumer at the end of the supply chain? If there is any who can accomplish this, it’s the Fine Cheese Company. This is both echoed and amplified by Susan Axelrod, U.S. Marketing Manager.

“I think what sets The Fine Cheese Company apart is the connections and relationships that the team has with cheesemakers—they are all friends,” Susan shared with me as she relayed how the passion of those behind the brand initially and continually excites her about its broadening portfolio. “The whole team knows the stories that make these cheeses what they are, and our U.S sales team is eager to share those stories with customers."

An extension of this mission has guided an exciting new launch for The Fine Cheese Company in the form of a new website for the U.S. market.

“We are truly excited to be able to, as we say on our website, shout it from the rooftops!” Susan said, joking that though it goes against the reserved nature of the company’s British roots, it is time to spread the word about the expanded line of cheese, crackers, and cookies now available stateside.

Customer Liaison Debra Dickerson echoed this by sharing that the website will continue to evolve and deepen in detail as they hope to give U.S. customers a portal to the British countryside from whence the delicious products came.

“I think the website will now offer an incredible advantage in the spirit of those folks we are working to create a market for and preserve some precious traditions. It shares the incredible journey and all who work to make sure these amazing cheeses make the trip safely and in great shape across the ocean,” Debra said. “We want to thank them and those who receive and continue to protect that product in the hands of our U.S. Distributor partners until it can make it to the shelves.”

The Fine Cheese Company recently launched a new website for the U.S. market ahead of expanded offerings

The timing could not be better to enhance the Fine Cheese Company's digital presence, not just via its website but through social media platforms as well. The company recently expanded its cheese offerings coming into the U.S. market and are excited to ensure retailers are supported from all sides.

As Debra and Susan both put it, the team is constantly seeking new ways to give the cheese, as well as the crackers and the biscuits the company provides, a voice that will represent the artisans behind their craft and speak to the consumers who enjoy its experience.

With plenty on the horizon, Deli Market News will surely be reporting soon on the next chapter that the Fine Cheese Company has in store.
