Valentine's Day is approaching, and there is only one thing on my mind—chocolate. Lucky for me, and tons of consumers out there, GODIVA has launched its limited-edition Valentine's Day collection and seasonal treats just in time for the special, chocolate-filled holiday.
"For this collection, I was inspired by the magical element of love and by the sense of harmony that we feel as we open our hearts and express love on Valentine's Day,” said GODIVA Chef Jean Apostolou, who created the delicious new offerings. “Each piece tells its own unique tale of the essence of love through decadent flavoring and indulgent flavor combinations. This collection captures the togetherness of Valentine's Day, which we are all especially eager to embrace this year, whether near or far."
Created to evoke that loving feeling that comes around on Valentine's Day, the GODIVA special collection features elegant, heart-shaped boxes with overflowing pink and red hearts to symbolize the sweetness of romance, according to a press release.
Inside this vibrant packaging are the four new limited edition chocolate pieces—a product of passionate creativity and dedicated chocolate artistry.
Included in the collection are four lovable flavors: Dark Chocolate Molten Lava Cake, an intense 85 percent dark chocolate ganache with chocolate cream; Milk Chocolate Creme Brulee, a combination of dark chocolate ganache and creamy vanilla, with sweet liquid caramel inside; White Chocolate Strawberry Creme, which is white chocolate with a sweet strawberry and vanilla filling; and Milk Chocolate Cappuccino, which is a rich cappuccino- and vanilla-infused ganache delicately coated in delicious milk chocolate.
In addition to the new line, GODIVA is also launching new novelty items, like the Dark Chocolate Goldmark Collection. Alongside the new products, the chocolate maven will still be offering its classic Gold Ballotin boxes, as well as its Goldmark Collection, Valentine's Day Masterpieces, and assorted Chocolate Domes.
