Spices are, you guessed it, the spice of life. New to the market, Green Garden recently launched its lines of non-GMO, freeze-dried herbs. These herbs instantly rehydrate when combined with moisture from water, oil, meat, or vegetables, providing a fresher and more flavorful alternative to conventional dried herbs.
“We’re excited to bring a fresh idea to the center of the store with the launch of Green Garden Freeze Dried Herbs,” said Theresa Lindholm, Brand Manager. “As more consumers search for convenient, better-for-you solutions while cooking, these new lines of herbs offer the high quality taste and smell you would expect with fresh herbs, but with the added benefits of a longer shelf life, no chopping, and less waste.”

The freeze-dried herbs are available in eight varieties:

This delivers a product that is closer to its fresh counterpart than dried alternatives.
