Here’s What’s in Store.
The word "labneh" is derived from the Arabic word "laban," meaning "milk." Labneh is made by straining the whey out of yogurt, leaving behind a thick and spreadable product. Labneh is a staple in many foods, and is an important source of protein, calcium, and has gut-healthy probiotics.
Odyssey Labneh is creamy and rich, made with high-quality Wisconsin cow’s milk. Its versatility makes it a must-have in the dairy case, as it pairs well with fresh vegetables, bread, and crackers and is commonly used as a dip or spread.
Not only is our Odyssey Labneh delicious, but it is also considered a healthy food. Compared to other cheese or packaged dips, Odyssey Labneh is lower in fat and sodium.
Not to mention, our Labneh saw global and domestic recognition this year after receiving first place at the World Cheese Championship and the American Cheese Society Contest.
