Winter Fancy Food Show attendees, say cheese! Because there will be a lot of it at this year’s event, including Marin French Cheese Co.’s latest offering: Petite Garlic & Pepper. This will be the newest addition to the brand’s lineup of Petite Classic 4-ounce brie-style cheeses, and it will be accompanied by other Marin French favorites at the company’s booth.

We couldn’t think of a better way to add to our line than crafting a Petite that’s inspired by a beloved French cheese but tweaked to fit our production process and infused with a distinct, Northern California vibe.”

Petite Garlic & Pepper is a rich, buttery Triple Crème Brie that is enhanced with garlic and cracked pepper for an aromatic and savory eating experience, a release explained. It was inspired by a fresh cheese made in France’s Auvergne region, exemplifying Marin French Cheese’s mission to marry French tradition and California vision.

Marin French Cheese Co. will debut its latest offering at the Winter Fancy Food Show: Petite Garlic & Pepper, the newest addition to the brand’s lineup of Petite Classic 4 oz Brie-style cheeses

This indulgent cheese is a new take on Raclette and can be folded into scalloped or baked potatoes, or it can be served on a grazing board for a flavorful flair. It will be available for pre-order in February and hitting store shelves and online in March.

Additionally, Marin French Cheese will showcase a returning seasonal favorite, Brie en Croute (9.4 oz), creamy baked brie in pastry, and award-winning cheeses perfect for Winter and Spring indulging like Petite Jalapeño (4 oz), Petite Truffle (4 oz), and Golden Gate® Washed-Rind Triple Crème Cheese (8 oz).
