Producer of gourmet pickled goods, condiments, and Bloody Mary Mixes McClure’s Pickles has announced the release of new McClure’s Pickle Snack Packs. This new line features “personal pickles, picked, pecked, packed and ready to party,” with each 2.2 ounce package of bite-sized pickles featuring McClure’s iconic flavors, including dill, sweet and spicy, and spicy.
“To capture market share in the on-the-go, quick-service retail categories, we introduced these snack packs that not only provide a healthier snacking option for adults, but also for families and children, picnics, and large-scale events,” said Bob McClure, Co-Owner. “Non GMO Project Verified and shelf stable (like our other items), we have watched this area of our category rapidly grow, and we believe these items will make significant impact in the premium snacking space, delivering quality at an approachable price point for trial by consumers new to the McClure's brand.”
According to the company’s press release, the Pickle Snack Packs will be available at major retailers and independent grocers nationwide, with a suggested retail price of $2.79. Shoppers will be able to find the grab-and-go Snack Packs alongside other McClure’s products on shelf or atop prepared food bars.
Building on its signature SKU’s, such as Garlic Dill, Spicy Dill, Sweet and Spicy, and Bread and Butter Pickles, McClure’s single-serve 2.2 ounce snack packs are coming to market at a time when convenience and snacking dominates the needs of today’s consumers.
