PS Seasoning, a global company dedicated to flavor innovation, will exhibit at the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show January 19—21 in Las Vegas. The company, which previously took home a Gold sofi™ Award for its Bourbon Pepper grinder, will showcase two new popular flavor profiles, The Works Burger Seasoning and Spicy Dill Pickle Wing Rub in Booth #3227.

Gretchen Miller, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, PS Seasoning"PS Seasoning is thrilled to join the top innovators in the food industry to explore the latest trends and opportunities for the upcoming year," said Gretchen Miller, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, PS Seasoning. "Our expert team is constantly redefining flavor boundaries, and we're excited to unveil our newest, boldest blends."

PS Seasoning launched a new burger seasoning line last year to fill a gap in the market. The Works brings the classic burger toppings of ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese, bacon and onion into one shaker—creating a true flavor experience. As stated in the press release, the seasoning was developed at the company’s new Culinary Innovation and R&D Center by a team of food scientists and master meat crafters.

PS Seasoning will also sample Spicy Dill Pickle Wing Rub, a spicy and tangy combination of dill, red pepper and vinegar, bringing the spicy pickle flavor trend to everything from wings to fries or popcorn.

PS Seasoning experienced significant growth in 2024, expanding its manufacturing footprint from three to five locations, including adding a state-of-the art Culinary Innovation and R&D Center at its headquarters in Iron Ridge, expanding into Hartford with its Pro Smoker brand, and adding a new distribution center in Richfield.
