Silver Hills, the parent company of Silver Hills Bakery and Little Northern Bakehouse, recently announced Robert Isabella will be stepping into the new role of Chief Supply Chain Officer. Isabella’s duties will begin on February 3, 2020.
“The role at Silver Hills provides me the wonderful opportunity to focus on my professional passions for continuous improvement, people development and mentorship, and safety,” said Isabella. “I’m thrilled to be joining the team and looking forward to getting started.”
According to a press release, Isabella began at Weston Foods as a Transport Manager, which led to his appointment as Director of Transportation. Isabella then went on to become Vice President of Logistics Quebec in 2008 before eventually rising to Vice President of Manufacturing Canada in 2018, wherein he was responsible for 11 manufacturing facilities across the country.

The 16-year veteran will be responsible for leading all Operational aspects of Silver Hills Bakery including Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Sanitation, and Maintenance. Isabella will report to Stan Smith, Co-Founder and President.
