Trinity Fruit Company Prepares for Exhibiting at Winter Fancy Food Show; Angela Hernandez Comments

One of the largest gatherings of specialty food companies is right around the corner, and of course I’m referring to the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show. I spoke with Angela Hernandez of Trinity Fruit Company to learn more about what the company has in store for the big event.

Angela Hernandez, Director of Marketing, Trinity Fruit Company“We will be showcasing our Squeezed Juice in both Pomegranate and Mandarin flavors,” the Director of Marketing told me. “We just launched our 32 oz multi-serve bottle and can’t wait to share the new size!”

The juices themselves—outside of being delicious—are Not from Concentrate (NFC), are all-natural, and are made with no additional sugars.

Taking to the Specialty Food Association’s Winter Fancy Food Show, Trinity Fruit Company will be showing off its Squeezed Juice in both Pomegranate and Mandarin flavors

“Trinity’s goal is to become a zero-waste facility, and with that goal in mind, we want to use every single piece of fruit on the tree,” Angela added, highlighting why buyers should spotlight Trinity’s juices. “If it doesn’t go in a box and to a retailer, we have made other products such as our juice, dried pomegranate seeds, and frozen fruit.”

For those who know Trinity Fruit Company from our sister site AndNowUKnow, the familiar name is a welcome addition to the specialty food sector. I asked Angela what the benefits of attending a specialty food show were as opposed to fresh produce.

The juices are not only delicious, but are Not from Concentrate (NFC), all-natural, and made with no additional sugars

“It opens us up to other markets other than retail. It allows us to meet boutique store owners and help us to get our brand and product out in the marketplace to create brand identity,” she noted.

There is more juice to come, so be sure to stop by booth #3259 to learn more!
