US Foods Launches MOXē for the Foodservice Distribution Industry; Gene Carbonara Details

Looking to overcome challenges throughout the foodservice industry, US Foods Holding Corp. is rolling out a new service. The distributor revealed that it has begun the national rollout of its new MOXē (Making Operator Xperiences Easy) solution to find more efficient ways for its partners to operate. This all-in-one e-commerce application provides the convenience of usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, all at the touch of a button.

The easy-to-use application allows operators to find the right products from a selection of more than 400,000 items, manage orders, and track deliveries in one application. MOXē was developed with a strategic focus on providing enhanced speed, confidence, and control for the operator in one intuitive solution, a press release explained.

Some key attributes of the solution draw on familiar consumer e-commerce user functionalities, guiding the operator from product discovery to delivery with:

  • Speed: MOXē’s interface and customized all-in-one application provide the fastest e-commerce experience in the foodservice distribution industry. The user experience makes it easy for both operators and US Foods sellers to quickly accomplish everyday tasks and focus on deeper strategic support to continue driving the operator’s success
