With the newfound, original recipe, Butterworth entered his first event, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest, and placed eighth among hundreds of teams, according to a press release.
The brand’s unique name spurs from the Founders’ love for competing in BBQ competitions and playing Call of Duty. The brand also serves as a source to give back to veterans, as every purchase goes toward worthy charities helping veterans. Each quarter, the company donates a percentage of proceeds to Folds of Honor, Lone Survivor Foundation, and PTSD Foundation of America.
