Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), you know that only the hottest topics will be addressed, such as the challenges and opportunities of global trade, to best practices for high-quality, high-volume manufacturing, to volatile milk markets.

According to a press release, a record 600 booths and 317 trusted industry supplier companies will fill up the 200,000-square foot space, showcasing the best of their goods and services. On the Ideas Showcase stages, 28 companies will offer quick talks on ways you can increase your efficiency and profitability.
