Yasso Launches Strategy

Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt has certainly made a name for itself in the better-for-you dessert segment, and the company is now taking its value propositions a step further. The company recently announced the launch of its new Creamy Guarantee Initiative, which promises that the company will refund every purchase that does not completely satisfy the consumer.

On top of resetting new standards with the launch of frozen Greek yogurt sandwiches and Yasso Poppables in the past months, the brand’s new Creamy Guarantee is a result of consumer demand. According to research conducted in 2020, creaminess is the number two purchase driver for premium novelty brands, second only to taste, a press release stated.

Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt recently announced the launch of its new Creamy Guarantee Initiative, which promises that the company will refund every purchase that does not completely satisfy the consumerThe guarantee reads that, within 30 days of a customer’s first purchase of Yasso Greek yogurt bars (product exclusions apply), if they are not completely satisfied with the creamy taste and texture, they can complete a form on the Yasso website for a refund request up to $5.99 USD of the purchase price.

The rollout of this initiative comes in tandem with Yasso’s debut at Costco stores with it’s best-selling Mint Chocolate Chip Yogurt Bars, now in a bigger 15-pack box size and new, even mintier formulation.
